SATRUDAY, 6:45AM

It’s Magic Kingdom day! Check out my park outfit for today!

Shirt: The Lost Bros (no longer available- it was from last year’s Christmas pj set)
Shorts: Kohl’s
Backpack: Loungefly
Headband: Rarity by Casey (no longer available but I linked a similar one)
Scrunchie: BBBrooke (no longer available because it was from two years ago)
Necklace: Make It Minnie
Shoes: Originally got them as a gift from a boutique, but here are some similar ones on Amazon

If you post a picture of your park outfit and tag me in it on your Instagram story, I might share it to my story!

The park is open from 9AM-9PM today, so we need to be at the bus stop no later than 7:45 to catch the first bus so we can make it there for breakfast before the park opens.

Anyone else LOVE listening to the Resort TV loop while getting ready?

8:00-8:25am Bus time!
Ya’ll voted and decided that we would ride the bus to Magic Kingdom today! The bus arrives promptly at 8am at the hotel to pick us up!
Look how fun! It’s a Goofy bus!

(Image from allears.net)

The bus ride takes ~about 25 minutes~ to get from Animal Kingdom Lodge to Magic Kingdom. Sit back and enjoy the bus tunes!

8:25-8:40am Arriving at MK!
Now we gotta take the time to get through temperature check, security, and through the entrance! As we enter, let’s head toward the Main Street Bakery to get some breakfast and coffee.

8:40-9:05am Breakfast Time!
Main Street Bakery is MK’s Starbucks! Check out this menu from Touring Plans to see what they have to offer! What are you going to get? Comment below or on the Instagram story! I’m getting a bagel with a peppermint mocha latte (with coconut milk!)

➡Now that we are at Magic Kingdom, you all decided to start by going to Tomorrowland first! Because I want to make this as realistic as possible, we are going to take wait times into account for each ride, which means we may not get to do everything. I’m using the general wait time each ride typically is (I took an average of different times throughout the day for several days). The actual time for today may be longer, and it may be shorter. But we are virtually here, so it’s okay! 😉 I’m going to allow 45 minutes for both lunch and dinner, plus 5-10 minute breaks every so often, and at least one snack break (maybe two!). **As per Disney’s Covid rules, we cannot eat or drink while in line for a ride, so we have to factor those in while not including them in the wait time.

9:05-9:20am Buzz Lightyear Space Ranger Spin
Our first ride of the day! It’s a walk-on! Be sure and interact on the Instagram story and tell me about how well you typically score 😄

9:20-9:55 Space Mountain
Next let’s head over to Space Mountain. Only a 20 minute wait. Not bad! Will we be able to conquer ALL three mountains today? I guess we will have to wait and see! Share your Space Mountain ride photos to your Instagram story and tag me! I might post it to my story!

9:55-10:15am Shop, Water Break, and Bathroom Break
Upon exiting Space Mountain, you all decided we should stop and shop at Tomorrowland Light & Power Co. (the gift shop you exit into). Here are just a few things you might find to purchase at that shop!
Space Mountain Kids Shirt
Space Mountain Tank Top
Conquered Space Mountain Kids Shirt
Park Life Shirt
Ahsoka Tano T-shirt
Endor Spirit Jersey
Hoth Spirit Jersey
Tatooine Spirit Jersey
The Child Plush
The Child Funko Pop Bobble Head
Rey Lightsaber
Buzz Lightyear
Pizza Planet Crane Toy
Zurg Glow-in-the-Dark Blaster
Celestial Minnie Ears
Wishes Come True Minnie Ears

Be sure and take a good water break! And maybe stop by the restrooms while we are near one!

Wait time is up to 35 minutes for Haunted Mansion this afternoon, but I bet it only takes us 25 because that line is MOVING. This ride seems to be a huge favorite and a must-do for many. Is it one of your faves?

Share your best HM ride photo on your Instagram story and tag me! I might share it to my story 😄

2:30-2:45pm Snack Break!
You all decided we should keep walking toward Frontierland and stop in at either Aloha Isle or Westward Ho for a snack! They are both super close to each other, so everyone can get whatever snack suits their fancy. Aloha Isle is where you can get one of the famous Dole Whips, and Westward Ho is where you can get an iconic Mickey pretzel or a churro! I think I’ll get a pineapple Dole Whip float!

2:45-4:10pm Splash Mountain
Goodness, we are looking at a 65 minute wait for this ride! Which is fine, because it could be much worse. And we have time! It’s such a fun one and a great one to do during the heat of the afternoon. Be sure and share your best Splash Mountain ride photos and tag me on Instagram! I might share your photo!

4:10-4:15 Water break!
Gotta take a quick water break after that super long line for Splash Mountain 😅

4:15-5:10 Big Thunder Mountain
BTM wasn’t the top voted in its category, but it still had tonsss of votes. We have time, so let’s do it! It’s a 45 minute wait, but worth it.

We’ve conquered all the mountains in one day!

5:10-6:15pm Pirates of the Caribbean
Another 45 minute wait, but we can handle it. Who doesn’t love Pirates?! The queue is mostly inside anyway, so it gives us a good break from the sun.

6:15-6:25pm Water and Bathroom Break!
Gotta wash up before dinner! Go ahead and “place those mobile orders” for Pecos Bill!

6:25-7:10pm Dinner at Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Cafe

Since we have time and it’s on the way, let’s ride Jingle Cruise! I loooove the Jungle Cruise’s Christmas overlay! It’s only a 30 minute wait, so let’s do it. The corny jokes get me every time 😂

7:50-8:00 Water and Bathroom break
You might be thinking, dang we take a lot of bathroom breaks… but when you drink a lot of water, they’re needed 😂 We will stop in the cut through bathrooms on the way out of Adventureland and cut back through Liberty Square to get to Fantasyland for one last ride!

8:00-8:35pm It’s a Small World
I’m sorry but we HAVE to do this one 😅 Don’t hate me! But it is my niece’s favorite ride. Well, one of her favorites anyway… It’s A Small World, y’all. We have to 😄 I know the earworm is going to keep us up tonight, but it’s a classic. Though it took us a minute to trek up here from Adventureland, the wait is only 10 minutes so, let’s do it.

8:35-10:00pm Shopping on Main Street and last minute snacks! (Park closes at 9 but shopping stays open until 10!) OR ride one more ride (and shop less) YOUR CHOICE!!
For the last two hours, we will spend time shopping on Main Street, getting any last minute snacks we may want, OR riding one last ride! Your choice!! Keep in mind the rides and food stands will close at 9 but we’ve got an extra hour for shopping!
