I don’t know about you guys, but I BURN so easily, especially when I’m visiting Walt Disney World and am outside at the parks all day. It’s been a constant battle my whole life to find sunscreens that work and work WELL. I’ve come across a few here and there that work well, but today I want to share with you two of those sunscreens that have been absolutely life changing! 😍

Aveeno Protect and Hydrate Face Lotion

So this stuff doubled as a daily face lotion AND sunscreen! I was SO nervous about going to Disney World last summer because I knew my forehead ALWAYS got sunburnt no matter what. I could reapply sunscreen multiple times a day, but I’d always end up burnt on my forehead and nose. Since Disney was doing temperature checks last summer, if I got burnt, I knew it would register as a fever. (I found out later that they would check your wrist if it read too high and they could see that you were sunburnt.)

So I bought this sunscreen in the hopes that it would actually work AND IT DID!!

I sweated so much, but it did not sweat off my face. It stayed on, lasted all day, and I never had to reapply. I tested it out again when I went in October and it was still just as magical as it had been in July!

Let’s see if it works for me again this year!

I first came across this sunscreen back in 2018 when I was a camp counselor for my church’s children’s camp that they used to hold every summer. One of my girls used this sunscreen and RAVED about how good it was. I absolutely adored this girl (still do!!) so I trusted her review and decided to get some after I had used up the stockpile of Target brand sunscreen I had.

I kid you not. I. Kid. You. Not. This stuff is a dream. An absolute miracle. A wonderful GIFT and BLESSING to my life.

It goes on kinda thick, which makes it easy to tell where I’ve put it, but it quickly blended into my skin no problem.

The bottle turns blue when it’s exposed to harmful rays that could cause sunburn so you can easily see if you need to put it on or not πŸ˜‰

Again, I was sweating all day both trips I wore this to Disney AND when I wore it at the beach, and I was protected every single time. I reapplied when I went to the beach, but I did not at Disney, and I did not get sunburnt (not to say that you shouldn’t because you should definitely reapply as you see fit!!)

Definitely check out both of those sunscreens and consider trying them out yourself! I was very pleased and highly satisfied with both. It’s tough being extremely pale sometimes (I literally never tan. If I get burnt, I’m bright red for a few days then back to my pasty pale complexion.)
